I'm a tart

I was in Ireland recently (feel free to hate on me - it was awesome) and this is the first thing I ate:

It was an egg over easy, potato cake, spicy relish, bacon, and tomato.  There was toast and (*swoon*) Kerrygold butter too.

After 16 hours of travel and 9 time zones, this was a refreshing and delicious way to be introduced to the country.  

This is the super adorable place where I ate said breakfast.

That's how I knew where to find it.

And that's the spicy redhead who kept me from passing out in my breakfast.
